Current Classes: Melbourne, Australia

Drummergirl aims to provide a supportive, encouraging, and uplifting environment for students to learn the craft of West African drumming. Drummergirl acknowledges that each student views their study of drumming differently. The teaching style therefore aims to inspire students to achieve whatever it is that they desire with respect to their study of drumming. The only expectation is that students don't take themselves too seriously and that they have fun!

Class levels:
Beginner = students with no experience up to those who have completed at least 2 beginner courses. As students learn at different rates, attending 2 beginner courses doesn't neccesarily mean a student is ready to progress to the next level. Ask Simone if you are unsure.
Intermediate = this is a more challenging class and requires a solid foundation in many aspects of drumming.

Private classes with Simone are available for $60/hour ($50 if you are enrolled in a course) or $100/2hrs.
